Rare Groove/Funk Jazz

Hello everyone,

Rare groove and funk jazz time today. Loads of great stuff on offer, spanning undisputable classics from Mike James Kirkland, Dee Felice Trio, Weldon Irvine and GSH (a sealed OG of "Pieces..."!!), funky jazz by Johnny Lytle ("People & love" including the monster tune "Tawhid"), Pat Britt, a double helping of Donald Byrd, Whole Earth Rainbow Band, Heath Brothers, plus terrific funk in the shape of Mohawks' "Landscape", the rare LP from Barbados group Organization, a handful of UK library albums and Ardy Struwer's ultra rare "Pregnant rainbows" 45!

A mention in dispatches to the current (and very well-made) repress of Pat Patrick's legendary "Sound advice" - required listening if you're into the less mad side of Sun Ra's output.

Coming updates:

30/10: Modern Soul/Disco/Boogie/House
6/11: Rock/Prog LPs & 45s
